hi friends,
iam using autocad 2005.i have problem in my command prompt.it does not display the prompts when a command is given .
for eg
when undo command is used it does not display the the set of action which has been undone
when subtract command is used the prompt saying"select objects to subtract from does not appear".
i tried going to options,but it did not help.can anyone please help?thanx to all those who reply |

I have had this problem before, and to be honest I dont know how I fixed it but it just was fixed after I pressed F2 this brings up the command promt window as a separate window, then I just reduced it and it appared in the bottom again and all worked well, you may have stretched the drawing window over the command prompt so you cant see all the window, hence why you dont see all the commands when you do something. But F2 will allow you to see the full command prompt window.
