| I received my copy of PC8: no printed manual just a pdf file... I wrote to engsw but no answer came. This is my first contact with the PowerCadd world and I would like to had a nice printed manual instead of printing it! |

| Same here, though my understanding is that there were some delays in printing of the hardcopy manuals, and they will follow soon... |

FWIW I rec'd my PC8 manual today.
How did you buy WT9? I don't see it in the ES store.

I got confused when ordering PC8 and ordered the WT8 upgrade. Later I realized my mistake and sent ES an email explaining that I already have WT8 and need a WT9 upgrade. They straightened it out and sent me the right version. BTW, it cost $95.
