Hi, here are some pics of an addition off the kitchen. The problem is, wasted space!!! My idea is to move the washer and dryer next to the sauna, make that the mud room and utilize the 12x15 room as what? I need to make this space into something, how can I do this with the way the addition is off the kitchen? Please help and give some great ideas.

It tough to see what is happening.

Is the door from the kitchen into this room opposite of the exterior door? And is the sauna door adjacent to the window? Does the sauna extend all the way behind the wall to the corner where you have the little freestanding cabinet? Is the sink in another room (Existing Kitchen)?

It looks like you have a deck or some sort of outdoor living space outside of this room. Is this the only way to get to the deck?

I have the pictures in the wrong sequence. The door going outside is the mudroom. The room where I am standing taking that picture with the sink is the room where I want to do something. To my left, facing out towards the door to the deck, is the kitchen. Maybe some suggestions. sorry for the wrong description on the last foto

Yeah... a floor plan might help us.... something simple... not necessarily to exact scale. Some people use excel to generate a little plan. Then save it as either a jpg or a pdf and post it.

Let's go back to one of my questions.... is the door to the deck the only connection between it and the interior of the house?
